If you have any difficulty, please call our office at 281-714-9438 for assistance. If all required informationis completed, a signed offer will be returned to you in approximately 2-3 business days.

Carefully read the signed offer. Sign and date the offer if it is acceptable to you. Then return the completed offer, by email to Dr. Vaillancourt, with the following 7 documents you already have in your possession:                                                                                                  
(1) Copy of the NOTE
(2) Copy of the Recorded Deed of Trust
(3) Copy of the Hazard Insurance Declaration Page
(4) Closing Statement (HUD-1) of the property sale
(5) Copy of the Title Policy (if one was obtained at previous closing)
(6) Copy of Tax Payment status (proving taxes are current)
(7) Pay History for the last 12 months – (cancelled checks, bank statements, etc.)
If the documents above do not contain the following information for each buyer, the seller will need to provide it for completion of Due Diligence: (1) SSN (2) phone (3) email (4) address.
You will receive notice of closing within 10-15 business days if all Due Diligence (DD) is satisfactorily completed by the underwriter. At this time the underwriter will need to finalize the file for closing by interviewing the payer(s) on the note. We will need your assistance to setup the phone interview.
Closing at Title Company (location TBD) – Your original note and insurance documents will need to be brought to closing when you sign for your check.
